Shipping/Order Pickup Options
Store Pickup
In-Store Pickup available at our Main Campus, Ithaca Commons, and Weill Cornell Medicine locations! To place your order for Store Pickup, select Pickup in Store - FREE! on the item before you add it to your cart. Type in your zip code to find the available store pickup location nearest you. Choose Select For Pickup at your desired pickup location. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Orders may be picked up during business hours, view store hours. Visit the Order Pickup counter on the lower level of the store and our cashiers will assist you.
Curbside Pickup
Curbside Pickup is available at the Cornell Store, Main Campus. For Curbside Pickup, follow the directions above for Store Pickup. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Orders may be picked up during business hours, view store hours. Proceed to our Sage Ave/Accessible Entrance and call 607-255-4111 when you have arrived for service.
Note: a Cornell ID or driver's license is required to verify your identity.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing for all shipping methods. Saturday delivery only upon special request. Note: during holiday season, processing time may be longer.
Diploma frames, chairs and personalized items ship directly from the manufacturers and cannot be shipped UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3-Day Select. On average please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 8am–5pm (EST) when the university is open.
We cannot ship to post office boxes (PO boxes) unless a USPS option is selected.
Please note that for international orders shipping charges do not include customs clearance and government taxes.
